The Strabane Herald is proud to announce the launch of our new website in time for Christmas 2012.
The purpose of our new website is for advertisers to get all the info they need about our paper. From distribution, coverage to sending in adverts with the proper specification. This can all be found at www.strabaneherald.co.uk. You can also take a look at our previous editions on-line and get all the latest news about when each issue is next out. It is also there for the public to give us some much needed feedback, maybe there is something new you want to see in the paper? We are always open to new ideas!
We are always striving to be at the cutting edge of technology. We were the first local company to expand our face book page by giving something back. In 2010 and 2011 we gave away over £100,000 in prizes to all our followers and in return they helped us create the biggest face book page in the top half of Ireland with nearly 9,000 followers. With the internet and the onset of new technology moving so fast we decided we had to keep up so we created a new website that is ‘fully responsive’ which basically means that it resizes itself to fit on Iphone, Android smartphones and tablets. This is very important as these days it’s not just the PC or laptop that people keep abreast of all things digital.
